What is a "Worship Pastor"?
Mark is responsible for guiding our church into knowing God more deeply. Mark oversees the Arts at Fully Alive. We believe that music, drama, dance and the technical aspects necessary to support those arts are extremely valuable to God. For that reason, we celebrate the Arts as a normal part of our different services. In addition to directing these areas at Fully Alive, Mark leads the church in singing, prayer and other forms of worship at the Fully Alive services.

How did you come to Fully Alive?
I felt God was calling me to a new ministry, which was very hard for me since I had been the music pastor at the church for 12 years and also had grown up in that church. I wanted to be sure God wasn't making a mistake so I asked Him to answer a specific prayer request and He did. At this same time God had been doing a work in Scott's heart so together with our wives (who knew all along) we resigned our positions and began a new church..... Fully Alive Community Church. And so the awesome adventure began!

How have you progressed on your spiritual journey to be a Christian?
I grew up in Sunday school and church and accepted the Lord at the age of 9. I felt God calling me to be a music pastor at the age of 14. At 21 I recommitted my life to Christ after three years of college. I personally have grown so much in my daily walk with God during the past few years as I have seen Him do incredible miracles. God has been so good to me!
